Send a thank you note in the mail to customers who bought from you last Christmas.Invite them back to your store for this Christmas season with a free ring clean or something special.Include latest trends, specials or must haves for this Christmas season.

In Swim, you can use the customer letters area under customer menu, and select 'best customers'. Enter the date range from 01/12/2009 to 24/12/2009.

You can also select to limit the rows so that it selects the top number of clients who purchased from you last Christmas.

Then create the body of the letter and select to print, and also select preview labels (to print to mailing labels) or preview envelop (to print directly to the envelop).
