Idea 1: A 'mothers and daughters' set.
Market mothers day as the 'mothers and daughters' celebration, and have a special gift for both the mother and the daughters. It could be a set of matching necklaces, bracelets, charms, rings etc.One item is for the mother, the other for the daughter/s. You could also include a social media campaign around this, with customers sending in pictures of thier mother and themselves (and other sisters) showing off the Jewelry they purchased from you. You can also extend to grandmothers, and sell three generations the same piece. It makes for a great story, and a triple sale for you.
Idea 2: Join with a local business
A quick and easy way to join with another business is if you each give a special or gift voucher to the other business, with any purchase from your business. You can place the special on the bottom of your receipts, or print out special gift papers. The benefit to you is that you are being exposed to a new client base (your partnered business client base) and likewise for your partnering business.
This idea you can try all year round. It doesn't have to be just a mothers day idea.
