Today we have added a great new feature to your stock page. On the right hand side you will see a new option, called 'stones'.  In here you can list full details of all the stones that make up the piece, and specify whether the stones are the main stone, additional stone or loose.

You can then use the diamond search (under the stock menu) to search on all your stones. Use the 'in-house' option on the diamond search page.

The diamond search will search your entire stock list. What this means is if a customer is looking for a particular size or quality stone, you can search to see if you have one already in stock, whether it is loose or in a finished piece.

A powerful tool for customer service, and maximising your inventory.

The stones fields are very self explanatory. For non US countries, the 'rate' will automatically appear as your currency rate to the USD.
