How to transfer and receive stock between stores
To transfer an item from one store to the other, go to 'Stock Menu'/'Transfer Stock', search for the items you would like to transfer, then select the item you wish to transfer and choose the store you would like to send it to from the dropdown box and click 'Transfer' to the right of the item's details. To transfer more than one item at once, select the items you wish to transfer by clicking them - which will highlight them in yellow - then select the store you wish to transfer them to from the dropdown list marked 'Transfer All Selected Items:' at the bottom right of the table and click 'Transfer' also at the bottom right.
Once items have been transferred, they will need to be received at the other store to be put 'In Stock' at that store. To see items that have been transferred but have not been put into stock yet, click on 'View Outgoing Stock' at the bottom of the page. If the item has been sent back or has been wrongly added to the transfer list, click 'Mark Returned' next to the corresponding item. If all items in the list need to be put back into stock at the store they were transferred from, select 'All' from the dropdown list at the bottom of the table and click 'Go'.
To receive items that have been transferred to your store, go to 'Stock Menu'/'Receive Stock'. Then search for the items you would like to receive and click 'Mark Received' to the right of the item's details. If you would like to receive more than one item at a time, you can select all of the items you wish to receive by clicking on them, then clicking 'Go' to the bottom right of the table. If you would like to receive all items in the list, select 'All' from the dropdown list at the bottom of the table, then click 'Go'.
