Ideas for your customers using Swim

The Swim jewellery software team has been looking at a new RFID based access control system. There is many components and options, but the basics are that each staff member has an RFID tag of some sort, (badge,key tag or wristband), and that tag could be used to provide a password to the Swim system for identifying the operator, (fast and secure), and you could use the same RFID tag to unlock the jewellery cabinets and also to unlock any doors in the store too.

Customers menu in SwimOver the last decade I have lost count of the hours at work and after hours spent cleaning up a customer database preparing for a mail out or an e- blast. Missing emails, incomplete or misspelt addresses, missing postcodes and incorrect format, just to name a few human errors and data entry laziness I have encountered. It is a tedious task to take on and often ignored until the last minute. One thing is for sure… poor data in = poor data out!
